Company Advisory: Fraud Prevention Notice

To All Employees and Site Workers,

The Management hereby issues this official advisory to remind everyone that the Company does not and will never require, solicit, or collect any fees from workers or employees under any designation, including but not limited to:

• “Faster Processing Fee”
• “Donating Fee”
• or any other so-called charges

Should any member of the Company staff, or any person falsely representing themselves as Company staff, attempt to request or collect the above-mentioned fees in the name of the Company, such actions shall be regarded as fraudulent conduct and a direct violation of Company policy and applicable law.

Accordingly, all employees and workers are instructed to:

1. Immediately refuse any such request.
2. Report the incident without delay directly to the police and inform the HR/Administration Office.

⚠️ The Company upholds a strict zero-tolerance policy against fraud, misrepresentation, and any misuse of its name, authority, or reputation. All employees are hereby reminded to remain vigilant and to exercise due diligence in protecting themselves and their colleagues from unauthorized or unlawful requests.
